TOURS AND TRANSFERS BOOKING CLOSES ON THE 05/07/2023

TOURS

Special Tours have been arranged exclusively for the participants and accompanying persons.
Booking in advance is recommended, on-site availability cannot be guaranteed.
Students must be accompanied by a chaperone.
The pick-up and drop off point for all tours will be at The Bloomsbury Theather
All amounts are in GBP incl. taxes. 
Lunch is not included.
All tours will be operated subject to a minimum number of 40 participant. We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of participants does not register. Delegations that have registered for such a tour will have the option to switch to another tour (if available) or request a refund.

TRANSFERS

All amounts are in GBP, incl. VAT.
Rates can increase once aproaching the event dates due to high demand.

All Prices are per way and for maximum 1hr.
Surcharge of 45 GBP per private car is applicable for extra hour + extra hours parking
Surcharge of 55 GBP per minivan Viano is applicable for extra hour + extra hours parking
Surcharge of 75 GBP per minibus and bus is applicable for extra hour + extra hours parking

Our recommendations in case of long haul flights:
Car: 2 persons + 2 luggage
Minivan: up to 6 persons with standard luggage. In case of long haul flights, the recommended occupancy is 5 persons + luggage.
Minibus 19 seats: 19 seats / Capacity: 19 hand/standard luggage. In case of bigger luggage, we recommend to book a 53 seater bus. 
Bus 53 seats:  53 seats / Capacity: 53 hand/standard luggage. In case of bigger luggage, we recommend to book for maximum 45 people on the bus.

PAYMENT POLICY


Bookings for Tours & Transfers must be requested and paid at least 30 days prior to the transfer date.
Please note, that your booking are considered as a preliminary booking until we receive your payment. Your payment must reach us within 7 days after registering, otherwise your booking might be cancelled.
Final invoice(s) will be sent to you after the conference.

In case of an open amount we kindly ask you to proceed to payment by credit card or by bank transfer.

Please note that a 3% surcharge will be applicable on payments made by credit card.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Kuoni Period Cancellation / Penalty Fee for TOURS and TRANSFERS:
Up to 30 days prior to date: Your booking can be cancelled free of charge less 30 GBP admin fee per booking.
Less than 30 days prior to date: No refund
No show: No refund

The above applies for any amendment, reduction, cancellation and no show.
Cancellation or changes must be received in writing to Kuoni Congress (wsc2023@kuonitumlare.com) during local office hours, Monday – Friday from 09.00 – 18.00 hrs.
All the refunds will be made after the WSC 2023.

LIABILITY


Kuoni Tumlare Congress and the organizer cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from the World Scholar’s Cup Global Round 2023 in London, United Kingdom. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY - TOURS & TRANSFERS
- Until 26th June 2023 your booking can be cancelled free of charge less 30 EUR admin fee per booking
- After 27th June 2023 no cancellation is possible, full amount will be charged as well in case of no show

It is recommended that participants maintain or obtain adequate cover for Travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. KUONI Congress organizers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants and accompanying persons.

Kuoni Tumlare Congress, Venue and Hotel are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, Strikes, Lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties’ control which prevents the Hotel and/or venue from accommodating the clients of Kuoni Tumlare Congress for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by Kuoni Tumlare Congress.
