Reservation terms and conditions:

• The rates are inclusive of breakfast, VAT and City tax (subject to change by official authorities).
• Full prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation by 10 days after the preliminary booking. 
• Should we not have received the deposit by 10 days after the preliminary booking, we shall not be able to guarantee the booking. 

Cancellations conditions & dates:

• Cancelations or changes before 25 February 2022: your reservation can be cancelled or amended free of charge less of EUR 35,- administration fee. 
• Cancellations or changes between 26 February 2022 and 20 March 2022: 2 nights cancellation fee plus EUR 35,- administration fee will apply.
• Cancellations or changes received from 21 March 2022 onwards: no refund can be made. 100% cancellation fee will apply.  

In case of no-show the hotel will automatically release the reservation. Full stay will be charged after the first day of no show.
Early Departure Fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed.

All refunds will be processed after the congress and will be paid in EUR. Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person. 
EUR 35,- of administration fee applies in case of refund.

All cancellations and modifications must be sent to Kuoni Congress in writing (by email) at any stage prior or during the event. 
Please note that accommodation for additional nights is strictly subject to availability.

Please note that Kuoni Congress is not liable for any fees/cost incurred due to the cancellation of the Congress. The above cancellation policy remains applicable in case of cancellation of the event. We strongly recommend that you consider signing up for a travel insurance.
