Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy for Registrations:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to KUONI.
Cancellations received by 22nd December 2016 will be fully refunded less a EUR 35, - administrative fee.
If a cancellation is made between 23rd December 2016 and 28th February 2017 a service charge of 50 % will be charged.
After 28th February 2017 no refunds will be made.

Congress Dinner:
Cancellations received up until 17th March 2017 will be fully refunded less a EUR 35, - administrative fee.
After that date no refunds will be made.
