* From Sept. 6 onwards: EUR 10,00 cancellation fee
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:* Until 4 weeks prior to the congress: 100% refund less EUR 20.00 handling fee
* From Sept. 6 onwards: 100% cancellation fee (no refund possible)
HOTEL RESERVATION:The deposit must be received no later than 14 days after booking. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice.
The hotel has the right to charge
your full stay in case of no-show and/or late cancellations and reduction of stay.

All cancellations must be received in writing (via email). Your hotel room will be cancelled after the first night of no show and the full amount of your stay will be charged automatically.
Early departure fee: Guests will be charged in full for the checking out prior the originally confirmed departure date.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incured in case of cancellation, medical expenses and loss of personal effects. FNT & Kuoni Congress will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants, either during or as a result of the program.
