EWASS fees have not increased in several years, please choose one of the following registration types

Registration fees for participants include:
- Admission to all sessions during 4 days (one day only for one-day registration)
- Welcome reception (nominal contribution required to confirm attendance)

Registration fees for participants do not include the cost of:

We are holding rooms in hotels near by the ACC Liverpool conference venue as well as centrally located. Please select your requested dates to view list of available hotels. We do not guarantee that these are the lowest prices that can be obtained but as hotel rooms are reserved market prices may rise. The prices quoted here are guaranteed until the rooms are all sold.

2 nights deposit is required to reserve your room. The balance is payable directly at the hotel (except for Jurys Inn Liverpool, Hampton by Hilton and Ibis Albert Dock which requires full prepayment).

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT TERMS Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference. Invoice will be sent upon request only (ewass2018@kuoni.com) after the conference at no charge. CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the congress secretariat in writing at any stage prior to or during the event. E-mail: ewass2018@kuoni.com REGISTRATION Cancellations must be notified in writing. Fees will be refunded after the conference (GBP), according to the following policy: * Until 2nd of January, 2018: 100% refund less bank charges. * From January 3rd, 2018 to March 15th, 2018 : An administration fee of GBP50,- will be charged. * From March 16th, 2018 : no refund can be made. Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the congress secretariat in writing. HOTEL RESERVATION Two night deposit or Full prepayment per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation. This deposit or the full pre-payment must be received on Kuoni bank account no later than 29th January, 2018. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit payment. We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip. Cancellation policy All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the congress secretariat in writing. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice. Refund policy: * Until 25 January 2018: 100% refund less management fee of 15 GBP * From 26 January to 16 February 2018: 2 night cancellation fee applies * From 17 February 2018 onwards and 'no-shows': No Refund, full charge will apply Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person. All necessary refunds will be made after the congress (GBP). ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and loss of personal effects. The congress organizer will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants, either during or as a result of the programme. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DATA PROTECTION Under the Data Protection Act 15/99, we inform you that your personal data will be added to the Organization's database for information related to EWASS conferences. By filling in this application form, you authorize the Organization and KUONI to use your personal data for the mentioned purposes.
