You will receive a confirmation letter by email upon completion of the registration.

Registration Category Definitions

EuCornea Member – Available to current members of EuCornea (Membership confirmation letter is required)

Non-Member – Available to ophthalmologists and medical doctors.

Trainee/Resident – Available to those currently in a residency/training programme. (Trainee varification form is required)

Ophthalmic Nurse / Technician – Available to ophthalmic nurses, technicians, assistants, and orthoptists. (Verification document such as a work ID or letter from hospital/emloyer is required) 

Allied Healthcare Professional – Available to optometrists, practice managers, PhDs, MBAs, healthcare administrators, office support staff, ophthalmic photographers, and other healthcare professionals. (Verification document such as a work ID or letter from hospital/emloyer is required). Commercial representatives are not entitled to pay this fee.

Corporate – Available to commercial representatives and corporate personnel who have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending, but do not have a product or service to exhibit. No solicitation is permitted.

 

All the rates are inclusive of  Portuguese  VAT of 23%.

The early registration fee is available until April 10th 2026, 23:59 CET.

Cancellation Policy for Registration • Registrations cancelled before 6 April 2026 will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. • Registrations cancelled from 7 April – 30 April 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. • Registrations cancelled after 30 April 2026 will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation Policy for Wetlab • Cancellation after booking will not be eligible for a refund. Failed visa application: Cancellations from delegates after a bona fide failed visa application will be refunded the registration fee providing the registration department is notified before 21 May 2026. Notification must be received in writing to eucornea2026@kuonitumlare.com for refunds to be eligible.
