ESSD 2019 Accreditation & Introduction Courses

To be eligible to attend the Accreditation Courses and/or the Manometry Course please select the one you are interested in and send your CV and university certificate to essd.accreditation@myessd.org.
The Organizing Committee will evaluate all the applications and will inform the candidate whether the application has been accepted or not.
Please remember that to have at least 2 years clinical experience is a must.

Summary


In accordance with the regulations in force in personal data protection, we inform you that all data provided will be included in a file property of European Society for Swallowing Disorders (ESSD), established in Carrer Major de Can Caralleu 1-7 E-08017 Barcelona, Spain, with the only purpose of managing your attendance and participation at the congress, for its publication in the necessary documentation which will be edited during or after the preparation of the congress, even for future editions, and/or to manage your hotel reservation, as well as to provide you with information about future editions of the congress, by means of mailing or electronic mail. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the treatment of your data, sending a written communication to the address indicated previously, enclosing a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent document. All your personal data will be processed with the maximum confidentiality, according to the Privacy and Security Policy of this company, and with total compliance to the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, of 13 December.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing only to the ESSD Congress Secretariat (essd2019@ch.kuoni.com).

Cancelation ESSD Accreditation courses and Precongress fees

In case of cancellation prior to 16th August 2019 the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 65. No refund will be made after this deadline.

Cancelation 9th ESSD Congress fees

In case of cancellation prior to 16th August 2019 the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 100. No refund will be made after this deadline.

Cancelation Congress dinner

In case of cancellation prior to 16th August 2019 the payment will be refunded minus a handling charge of EUR 10. No refund will be made after this deadline.

HOTEL RESERVATION:

A deposit of 1 night is required to guarantee your hotel reservation. Hotel am Parkring & Kärntnerhof require a minimum stay of 2 nights as well as a 2-nights deposit. All rooms at Hotel Motel One Westbahnhof must be fully pre-paid. The deposit must be received no later than 14 days after booking. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice. The hotel has the right to charge full stay in case of no-show and/or late cancellations and reduction of stay.
Cancellation for Hotel Reservation:
Cancellations until June 10, 2019: 100% refund less EUR 30.00 handling fee.
Cancellations between June 11 and August 10, 2019: 100% refund less the deposit paid.
Cancellations received after August 10, 2019: No refund can be made, 100% cancellation fee will apply on the full stay.
Full reservation stay will be charged after the first day of no show. Early departure fee: Guests will be charged in full for the checking out prior the departure date confirmed.deposit must be received no later than 14 days after booking. Your originally booked dates will be the basis for your hotel invoice.

GENERAL TERMS for CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES:

All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to Kuoni Congress in writing at any stage prior to or during the congress. E-mail: essd2019@ch.kuoni.com

Participants unable to attend may transfer their booking to another person. All necessary refunds will be made after the congress in EUR, less EUR 30,00 bank charges.

IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and loss of personal effects. ESSD & Kuoni Congress will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to participants, either during or as a result of the program. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.

Payment

All payments are requested to be made in EUR. Payments can be done by bank transfer or credit card.

Payment by Bank Transfer: All information regarding bank transfer payment will be included in the automatic confirmation letter, which you will receive after you have finished the registration process.

Payment by Credit Card: We accept MasterCard & VISA. In case of credit card payment, you will be transferred to our secured payment platform provided by our E-Commerce Partner mPAY24.
