PAYMENT TERMS Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference. Invoice will be sent upon request only after the conference at no charge. CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the congress secretariat in writing at any stage prior to or during the event. All necessary refunds will be made after the conference (EUR). REGISTRATION Cancellations must be notified in writing. Fees will be refunded after the conference (EUR), according to the following policy: * Until June 4th, 2020: 100% refund less bank charges (15€). * From June 5th, 2020 : no refund can be made. Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the congress secretariat in writing. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LIABILITY Kuoni shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DATA PROTECTION We inform you that your personal data will be added to the Organization's database for information related to EWASS conferences. By filling in the application form, you authorize the Organization and Kuoni Congress to use your personal data for the mentioned purposes. EAS (as host of the EWASS) has commissioned Kuoni Congress with registration, abstract handling, hotel booking and exhibition related tasks. Kuoni Congress is serious congress services provider respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in the light of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). To exercise your right to access to, rectification and cancellation of this information, contact the Congress Secretariat ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT Kuoni Congress and our technical supplier are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, Strikes, Lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties’ control which prevents the technical supplier from accommodating the clients of Kuoni Congress for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by Kuoni Congress.
