WELCOME TO EAS 2026 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM!


Every day there will be 14 parallel sessions, coffee breaks, lunch breaks, a speaker preview room, a registration area and social events that will need the support of volunteers. We need your help to assist the organization and make sure the conference is running smoothly.

There will be a limited number of volunteer positions available. Applications will be reviewed mid-April.
If accepted as a volunteer, you will receive a fee waiver.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A VOLUNTEER

- English speaking 
- Feel comfortable with computer and human exchanges 
- Be able to attend the volunteer training, in person at the conference venue, on Sunday  28 June afternoon
- Available for at least 5 shifts (approx 5 half days) during the conference week

Please note that all roles will be finalized closer to the event to accommodate the organizational needs and ensure smooth coordination.

WHAT WOULD BE YOUR AVAILABILITIES

There are different shifts. Time might slightly change depending on the role you will be assigned. 

  • Morning (1 shift): 08h30 to 13h00
  • Lunch time (1/2 shift): 13h00 to 14h45
  • Afternoon (1 shift): 14h30 to 18h30

A regular day counts 2,5 shifts : 1 in the morning, 1/2 at lunchtime, 1 in the afternoon

In order to help us to build the planning, please let us know your availabilities. We recommend you to write them down in your agenda to make sure you secure these slots and accidentally make other arrangements.This is an indication. We understand that it might change by June and you will be required to confirm your availabilities at a later stage.

SESSION SUPPORT

One of the volunteer role is to support the smooth running of the sessions in the rooms. If you already have an idea of which session(s) you would prefer to volunteer in, please let us know.
It is just an indication. We cannot guarantee they will be assigned to you.
