PRE-BOOKING FORM FOR SPONSORSHIP AND EXHIBITION SPACE

Please provide the following information, which will be displayed on the EAS website, onsite signage, and sponsorship packages, where applicable.

The information below will be used on contract(s) and invoice(s).
(please mention the names of the person that will sign the sponsoring/exhibition contract)

The application of VAT on your invoice will depend on where your legal entity is registered. Invoices will be issued from Switzerland. One of the different following options will apply: 

• Customer from Switzerland:   8.1% VAT (VAT or not VAT registered)
• Customer outside of Switzerland:  Reverse Charge (Supply not taxable in Switzerland (Art. 8 (1) MWSTG). The recipient of the services is liable to account for local VAT (reverse charge mechanism))  

Should your company be exempt of VAT, please provide us with a proof document (either here or by email)

Please mention it on the following page, under the section "something to share".

Each exhibition space automatically includes one table and two chairs. 
In addition, the SwissTech offers a range of furniture and equipment that can be added to your exhibition space. A catalogue will be available soon. Any additional equipment will be invoiced and managed directly by SwissTech.
