Registration includes:

  • Access to all sessions, onsite (5 days, except for 'one-day' registration)
  • Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions live and recorded, on a virtual platform
  • Coffee breaks & exhibition (for 5 days, or 1 day for 'one-day' registration)
  • Access to the ePosters platform, prior to and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2026 dedicated Slack space
  • Welcome Reception (on Monday)
  • Ability to give a remote presentation live for symposia, or provide a prerecorded talk only for Plenary and Symposia sessions

Registration does not include:

  • Lunches
  • Paid social events
  • Accompanying persons to social events
  • Accommodation
  • Tourist excursions
  • Travel expenses
  • Personal insurance

Virtual access includes:

  • Watch the Plenary and Symposia sessions live, via an online platform
  • Access to Plenary and Symposia sessions recordings after the conference
  • Access to the ePosters platform, prior to and during the conference
  • Access to EAS 2026 dedicated Slack space

Virtual access does not include:

  • Ability to display ePoster or provide a pre-recorded presentation for PSP presenters.
  • Electronic devices (computer, screen, headphones, etc.) needed to attend the conference online

Invoice & Important Billing Instructions

Billing Process

Two scenarios:
1/ Your institute (or you personally) is covering all your expenses (either by paying directly or through reimbursement). Only one invoice is issued.
2/ Your institute is covering only your registration fee and not the extra services, such as social events. Two separate invoices will be issued: one for the registration fee (addressed to your institute) and another for any additional booked services (addressed to you). Therefore, we require the correct billing details for both your institute and your personal address.

The EAS 2026 meeting will follow a semi-hybrid format. While all plenaries, symposia, special sessions, and lunch sessions will take place in person at the SwissTech Convention Center, plenary sessions and all symposia will also be accessible remotely via a virtual platform.

Conference cocktail dinner

Enjoy a truly unique and unforgettable evening at the Olympic Museum, one of Lausanne’s most iconic cultural landmarks. in Lausanne. Overlooking the serene waters of Lake Geneva, the museum offers a spectacular backdrop where sports heritage, global culture, and innovation come together.
