Journaling Workshop – Reflect & Reset

Join Val from Soul Yoga Cork for an evening of guided self-reflection in our "Begin to Journal" workshop.

In this phone-free space, you’ll have the opportunity to step back and assess where your time and energy are going.
Through 90 minutes of prompted quiet reflection, you’ll explore ways to realign your focus, release stress, and gain clarity. No journaling experience is needed - just bring a pen, some paper, and your willingness to explore.
We’ll begin by breaking down daily habits and close with goal setting, affirmations, and intention-setting to support your personal journey.
