DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026 Volunteering Opportunities

We are looking for on-site volunteers to support various aspects of the event and contribute to its success. A wide range of volunteer roles is available, including:

  • Session Monitors: Provide live support to speakers and attendees during sessions.
  • Exhibition Monitors & Preparations: Oversee exhibition areas and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Contribution Monitors: Assist and encourage new or aspiring contributors.
  • Registration Assistants: Welcome attendees and assist with badge pickup and giveaways.
  • Trivia Night Helpers: Assist with organizing pub quizzes and related tasks.
  • Signage Assistants: Help place signage within the venue.
  • Photography Team: Capture key moments during the event.
  • Other Roles: Have a skill you think could benefit DrupalCon? Let us know!

Please note that in order to become a volunteer, you need to have valid registration. Volunteers do not receive a free ticket.
