Welcome to the online registration website for the DrupalCon Amsterdam, which will take place in Amsterdam, The Netherlands from 28 to 31 October 2019.  

All information should be entered as you would like it to appear on your conference delegate badge. 
Compulsory fields are indicated by the * symbol.
All information will be encrypted and securely forwarded to the DrupalCon Amsterdam Congress Secretariat - Kuoni Congress.
You will receive a confirmation letter by email upon completion of the registration.

The registration fees for participants include:  

• Full conference access including keynotes, sessions, BOFs (Birds of a Feather), exhibition, Monday to Wednesday (one day only for one-day registration) 
• Thursday Contribution Day access  
• Digital tote-bag
• Lunches & Coffee breaks Monday to Thursday 
• Entry to fun social events (Welcome reception, Trivia Night...)

The registration fees does not include:  

• Monday 28th of October trainings 
• T-shirts (7€ online / 10€ on site)
• Accommodation

• Personal insurance

Sharing is caring - so please help us taking care of those for whom it is financially difficult to attend DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019.

We ask for your generosity to donate a small amount of money, which we can use to invite underrepresented groups to give them a chance to attend DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019. What's the contribution day?
Contribution events were previously referred to as code sprints or sprints. In 2018, the Drupal Europe Organization team changed the terminology to "contribution" to be inclusive of all types of contributions and energy levels. The Drupal Project adopted the change in 2019.
A contribution event is a get-together for collaborative work on a project. Contributions to a project can include organizing events, designing a user interface, translating text, writing documentation, reviewing other contributions, finding or verifying bugs and submitting reports, or writing code among many, many tasks.

We have three kinds of contribution events at DrupalCon Amsterdam:
• First-Time Contributor Workshops
• Mentored Contribution
• General Contribution

Important information : In order to plan food and seats at the congress center, we would like to ask you to pre-register for Contribution Day. Registration for Contribution Day will also be possible during the congress days, but due to logistical reasons pre-registration would be appreciated until 30th September.  
Kindly note that you will have to wear your badge even on Thursday overwise you won't be able to access the Contribution rooms.

Located within the Exhibition Hall, the opening reception for DrupalCon promises to be a great time. Whether you spend the day in contributions, trainings, sessions, our doors are open to you. Don't miss this chance to kick off DrupalCon Amsterdam 2019 the right way - among new and old friends, drink in hand, enjoying appetizers and catching up.

With only about 20% of DrupalCon attendees who identify as women, this is a specified time to gather together. 
Enjoy a buffet lunch with Professor Sue Black who will give you the exclusivity to enjoy a small introduction before her Keynote at 13h30 in the Auditorium: “If I can do it, so you can” .

Test out your Drupal knowledge!

In the grand tradition of pub quizzes, there will be 6 rounds of 10 questions covering all things Drupal, and a few more questions about general web topics.
Your team of four will compete to capture the title of Drupal trivia champions, and win small prizes to boot!

Of course, you'll have to know it all in your head; strictly no use of mobile devices, laptops, etcetera are allowed. 

Just show up wearing your DrupalCon badge to get in, and join a team! 
If you get there early and want to check out the surrounding area, there are a number of restaurants and bars nearby to explore and enjoy before the drink service opens at 20:45.
This event is free to attend, and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar (no food available). A cloakroom will be available for 2€/person.
