HOTEL BOOKING

Kuoni is the booking agent for this event accommodation and has secured rooms at a wide variety of hotels in the local vicinity for the duration of the event, ranging from hostels (with sharing possibilities) to standard hotels in various categories.

Rooms are blocked for 5 nights from Sunday 25th June (check-in) to Thursday 30th June (check-out). If you would like to arrive earlier or check out later, please email your request, call +45 70 232 321, or add a comment in the "Special Requirements" field when completing your booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability.

The booking deadline is 29th May, but we encourage you to book early as it's a busy time in Copenhagen and we expect rooms to sell out quickly! After this date, special Dragon 2017 room rates and availability can not be guaruanteed and are on request.

A deposit of 2 nights per room is required to secure your reservation - any other payments need to be made directly to the hotel. Rates are in DKK per room for your full stay and include breakfast and all taxes.
