Kuoni Tumlare Congress is a serious congress services provider respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which entered into force on 25 May 2018.

All participants are required to pay a registration fee (150 EUR) to attend the Symposium and access the venue premises.  

Attendees applying for financial support will be exempt from the registration fee.
Request for support at registration will be possible only until 30th June. Applications will be reviewed, and confirmation of support will be provided by mid-July.

Financial support

EUMETSAT can offer financial support (for accommodation and/or travel) to a small number of selected attendees on a first come, first served basis.

If you do not apply for financial support, please make sure to book your accommodation as soon as possible, a high volume of visitors is expected in Darmstadt on the same dates due to parallel events.
